Dr. Allen’s office is located in the Cityplex Towers at the Southwest Corner of 81st & Lewis In Tulsa, OK. The office is on the 23rd floor of the large middle tower (Tower 60). There is ample guest parking around the building, but most patients are more comfortable parking on the Delaware (East) side of the building. Upon entering the middle tower you will see the elevator banks. Please go to the middle elevator banks that are directly behind the security desk that service floors 12-26. Please go directly to the 23rd floor and follow signs into the office. Security will be present if further assistance is needed.
